Prisoners of Negara Class II Prison have started to receive their Covid-19 vaccines on Friday (21/5) to reduce virus transmission inside the prison.
The Head of the Negara Class II Prison, Bambang Hendra Setyawan confirmed that the program was initiated after most of the inmates inside his prison had already been infected with Covid-19. “After previously distributing the Covid-19 vaccine to our prison officers, we decided to continue the distribution to the inmates to avoid a new cluster inside the prison.” Setyawan said on Friday (21/5).
