Apéritif Restaurant and Bar Bali is led by Executive Chef Nic Vanderbeeken. With over 20 years of experience, his aim in leading Apéritif is to ensure every guest has a memorable experience at the restaurant.
When asked about the cuisine at Aperitif, Chef Nic describes it as ‘Eclectic global cuisine that traverses the Indonesian archipelago’.
Each of the degustation menus can be taken as 6 or 8 courses, with all dietary requirements able to be catered to. Once you set in for your degustation, be prepared to be wowed!
Every element of every dish, and every combination and twist, has been carefully chosen by the Apéritif team to make sure each bite you take is a taste sensation. Every course is carefully plated like a piece of sculpted art.
